Can't Sign Into King Acocunt Using Email

Hello,

For some reason I can no longer sign into my account using my email. I was able to sign in as recently as a week ago, but now I get the message that my email address or password are invalid. I have tried clearing the cache and using a different browser but neither helped. I am using a Gateway laptop with Win 10, and I usually use Firefox as my browser. I do not use Face Book, and I have made no recent changes to my King account. Can you help me reconnect so that I don't lose my level or boosters?

    Your emails seem to have gone to the wrong place so you got only an auto reply.

    I have restored the games Candy Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga now on your account. Please note that all Boosters could not be restored since only purchased items can get compensated.

    You should check your email one more time.

    If the password is incorrect, you can change it at any time.

    Click "Forgot Password" and you will get a confirmation email link.

    You can set a new password through the link.

    The confirmation email sometimes reaches the spam box.

    The problem is not that I forgot my password. King does not recognize my email.

    We need to check that Kingdom account is active with your email or not.

    Hi @Gabrielle204 and welcome to our Community!

    I checked the email that you PM:ed @Sukanta_Biswas and there is no account that exists with that email in our system.

    Are sure that you didn't use any other email address?

    A workaround is also that you open a new account with your email and just let me know what games you played and what level you were at, and I will manually restore them on your account.

    Thank you for checking into this for me! I do have another email account, but I'm pretty sure that one was not linked to my King account. Is there a way that I could send it to you privately to check just in case? Looking forward to hearing from you.☺️

    Create a new account on King.com.

    Play the first level in all games that you played before.

    Then email Player Support and ask them to restore those games to the level you were on. Remember to mention what level in each game, at least where about.

    Player Support will then manually put you back on the level in each game.

    Hello,

    My problem is still unresolved. Twice I have contacted Customer Support explaining what you have told me, the fact that I am using King and NOT Face Book and telling them my levels and boosters yet all they do is send me a form letter with links to how to fix Face Book issues. Will somebody please help me???
