Thank you for contacting King Care! Do you have the email address you used for FB? Can you provide me with that so I can check on king.com if you have an account? And then I can tell you how to sync your levels before you deactivate FB.

We do not ask for personal information of players in the open forum (like email addresses) - of information of a personal nature is needed - we will ask for it through a PM. So can you please edit your comment (the grey wheel in the upper right hand corner) to remove your email address?
So do you have a similar issue? You have been playing thru a FB account and now want to deactivate it? If so, you can create a king.com account and sync it with the FB account. Once you do that - then you can continue to play only via the king.com account and go ahead and deactivate the FB account. You can find out how to do this here.
