When completing the weekly race, I noticed a discrepancy between the statistics on my account versus my husband's account.Ā
In the attached pictures, you will see that my levels completed differ for the same time frame causing me to place lower and lose rewards in the weekly race.Ā I (Hope) finished 99 levels and was only rewarded the second place āsilverā reward prize. In fact, if you look at my account youāll see that the top 3 in my group were myself, Kristen and Melissa. I realize that my husband has a different set of friends, this is not what Iām referring to though. Iām referring to the levels ācompletedā. It was 44 levels short on my tally, and correct on my husbands tally. This happened last week as well. I want to stress that I am certain about the glitch as I was playing my 100th level at the precise time when the race ended.

In fact these are not errors. Some players try to hide their progress from their friends, meaning they play the game offline after the weekly race start. They connect the game to the server at the last minute of the race and the game progress syncs with the server.
This is why you sometimes see your friend's score go from 10 to 100.š
Thank you, please read above as all of the information is there. I understand what you are saying, but this is regarding me and my finished levels. I am the one who completed 99 levels. Bout in my race I came in second and it only showed 55 levels completed. In my husbands race, my number of completed levels was correct.

Im not sure what the confusion is. Iām sorry, Ive tried to explain the best I can. Lol. But, the photos are not two different weeks. One is my husbands screen shot of HIS race, and one is MY screenshot of MY race. Both the same week
anyhow, also as mentioned, customer has understood and corrected my issue. They are awesome!
