This did not answer my question, I have went through every step I was told to go through to try to get it to reconnect still says no Internet Connection.

Could you post a screen shot of the error message you get so I can have a Look at this?
Let me also know what type of device you play on.
I also have the same problem, but with Soda Saga. I am on a laptop. I checked the regular Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch 3 Saga, and they say I do have connection. I will try to get a screenshot when I can if you need one.
