No Internet Connection

Candy Crush Saga says I don't have Internet Connection. I have connection, I play other games, surf the Internet, Google and get on Facebook with no problems. Can y'all fix this no Internet Connection on Candy Crush Saga? It's been weeks.

This did not answer my question, I have went through every step I was told to go through to try to get it to reconnect still says no Internet Connection.

Could you post a screen shot of the error message you get so I can have a Look at this?

Let me also know what type of device you play on.

I also have the same problem, but with Soda Saga. I am on a laptop. I checked the regular Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch 3 Saga, and they say I do have connection. I will try to get a screenshot when I can if you need one.
