Which rewards ?
Try Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In your reward should be there!

When I log in there is connection error while I connect with internet

The problem has already been Reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
