Why am I not getting unlimited lives? Everything is set up like it should be, my husband is getting them but not me??

The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
If you have separate game profiles, check your date and time settings and restart your device @natnjoshbarnum

I only have the one game attached to my account, and there is no place to click on the free lives? I tried everything, that’s how I stumbled across this board!

I had to lose my lives to be awarded the unlimited lives, do you have any of your 5 left @natnjoshbarnum?

Love all candy crush games i have candy crush jelly and its the 3rd time since the lockdown that they have graced my boredom with unlimited lives thankyou so much. Now its your turn candy crush saga!!

Welcome all new members to the community! @Timmy89 nice to meet you! I am presently on level 6960. I love this game and have been playing since July 2013. While the unlimited lives may not help players on the upper levels, unlimited lives do help many of the players and it is a very nice gesture. Oh Yeah! What level are you on?
