I've contacted Player Support at least a dozen times over weeks now and every single time I get an automatically generated response linking to the FAQ (which is always completely unrelated to the issue I'm contacting them about) followed by a survey asking how their customer support team did.
Legitimate question: has anyone ever been in contact with a real live person from Player Support who helps them resolve an issue? Do they exist? I'm genuinely curious.

Why is King doing nothing to make amends for the faulty levels they keep releasing?
Last week it was 6854 and this week 6918. Both impossible to win. People shouldn't have to evaluate a level and see if it's possible to beat it. They spend boosters and gold bars before realizing that (due to King's error) the level is not beatable.
Build-a-Bot is now so stupidly designed that it's more important than ever not to lose a level because you'll lose ALL the boosters you've built up. Yet King releases a faulty level, everyone can't beat it and loses all their accumulated boosters, and King does nothing to make the situation right.
Both levels have already been resolved.๐
Let me know if your problem is the same then I'll suggest you a few troubleshooting checks.
I know these are very frustrating if you encounter an error level. The game is based entirely on the internet so these can be considered as temporary issues.
King is always trying to make the game more advanced and flawless.

You're completely ignoring the actual issue here and just replying with generic copy-and-paste statements that don't address the actual problem.

In fact, due to some temporary issues, player support could not respond in a timely manner or manually.
We have already raised this issue in the community HERE.
Now everything is normal.
@tscheip If you cannot get any reply back from Player Support, please dispute the purchases you spent on the levels directly to Apple or Google etc depending on your device.
Please note that all free items in the game do not get refunded or compensated as mentioned in the terms and conditions that you accepted when you started to play.
Do those terms and conditions also mention that King is going to consistently release faulty levels that are impossible to win in an attempt to get us to waste the boosters we've acquired?
@tscheip know where your coming from with this but technically free boosters anyway so can see why they wont get refunded or compensated. we would be unhappier if no free boosters were available at all and we can replace with free boosters anyway .If purchased though 100% agree this should be dealt with promptly as should not be paying to complete faulty levels
I am just getting so fed up with King releasing these faulty levels. It really doesn't feel accidental anymore. I have no doubt that come Wednesday, they will release another level that is impossible to pass, wait a few days while people waste their boosters before realizing the level is literally impossible to win, then they will finally fix it after enough people point out on the message board that it is glitched.
Just like the past two weeks...
@tscheip don't get me wrong i know were all in the same boat. I have posts here with the same complaints as yours win 10 player and always get the faults first, Just sometimes i think we forget that its free game they supplied us with free boosters and free gold bars to win, so sometimes we have to give and take a little, nothing in this world is perfect. Purchases totally different kettle of fish, i dont know what your claiming for only replied to the terms and conditions part of this as i am all for a good rant but to me has to be valid reason . you never know we might get surprised with no glitches this week, doubtful i know but you never know
