Unable to get lives

Any suggestions welcome to resolve - I haven’t been to get lives for some time now even though I request it and I don’t get requests to give lives either. I have a kingdom account and am syncing my progress through that, don’t have a Facebook account so have never synced my game progress to that so I know that’s not the issue. I have the latest version installed, am playing on my iPad although had the same issue when I was playing on my android phone and have strong WiFi connection.

@heeeeeeyyyyyy you can add friends through the king.com by email address. So you can receive lives from friends

Fair point in which case there’s nothing to do but surely the friends on my list are requesting lives and that request is not coming through.

Thanks for that, however I had read that before I posted my question because it didn’t answer it. There was / is no solution for people who are connected to the game via kingdom account.

As the user above you has said, it’s possible that my request for lives is being ignored.
