I have reset my "notification preferences" at least a dozen times or more, just in the last 5 mins., but, it doesn't to be working; my email is getting blown up, 90+ at a time, over and over, as fast as I can trash them. HELP!!!

By following the steps below, you can get rid of notifications regarding live requests.

This option is for notification only, so there will be no problem with Lives Exchange.

Open Facebook Setting - Notifications - Other Notifications - Turn Off.

@shawnee0714 have you definitely marked them as saved when you have unticked the ones you do not want to receive

@shawnee0714 will tag @kiara_wael @Crazy Cat Lad she can get someone to look into this for you .Checked and unchecked mine and its all working ok. might be worth you clearing your browser cache and restarting your device to see if you have any change

You can easily get rid of notifications.

Go to your profile - Edit Profile - Notifications Preferences - Mark / Unmark - Save Preferences.

I have the same problem. I’ve completed all the steps and unchecked everything and saved it several time over the past couple of days and I keep receiving notifications. There is no way to unsubscribe. I’m getting frustrated as well.
