I updated Candy Crush this morning, now it won't open on my Kindle Fire.

Same issues with Kindle Fire since yesterday. It will not load. Tried suggestions but still not loading - only orange screen comes up. Will this be fixed soon as it appears to have happened since Candy Crush latest update?

The Windows10-app also is crashing @kiara_wael , it's not just Kindle Fire. Please fix this.

Same here. Yesterday I played Level 804. Today the Windows 10 App is behaving like the op described. The Splashscfeen disappears after some seconds

In addition to trying all the suggested steps, I uninstalled both FB and Candy Crush Saga. This problem still persist. If you try to access the game from FB, it just buffer until I stop it. The game stopped loading right after your May 28th update.
