I sign up for Candy Crush with Apple ID
But I can’t change the avatar!! 😤
What should I do?? 🤔

Hi @corps_escape . Welcome to our Community
Go to your profile and hover the mouse on your avatar. You will then be able to click "Change picture" and choose or upload an avatar.

@corps_escapeDid you mean in the game or community? You may need to be level2 to do that here. Feel free to reply to me 5 times here and it should unlock.

Are you play Through Facebook or King account ?

@kiara_wael yes, this way you can change your avatar here, in the Community, but not in the game when you're logged in with a King.com account. In the letter case you have only the option to upload a picture, I guess you will be able to change the avatar only when the various "Vote new avatars" contests will come to an end.

You will not be able to choose an uploaded picture until you reach level 4 I think, as they need to be appropriate and approved by a Community manager.

@corps_escape You can't change your avatar in the game right now because... they are replacing those avatars these days, so there's nothing to choose from. I guess when the replacing process will end you will be able to change your avatar.

@corps_escape To change your avatar in the community you have to reach level 4 in the community which is to post 50 times. you then get the option to customize your avatar. Hope this helps

I'm so sorry, you can't set a profile picture through the App on the Candy Crush Saga game. If you are playing the game on Facebook connection then your Facebook profile picture will be your game avatar directly.
In the case of Kingdom, you need to use the King.com Page to change the avatar through the browser and you will need a PC to do this.
However, if your mobile browser supports desktop mode, you can do it from mobile.
Open Google Chrome from your mobile device > Click browser setting > Select Desktop site.
Open this Setting and you can change your avatar from here.
Open Google Chrome by clicking chrome icon. Open browser setting > Desktop site > Search ''King.com'' > Account Setting > Change Avatar.
From a PC browser 👇
Open Browser >Search King.com.> Play now > Log in > Setting
Pick and save your favorite photo.
