One of my fantastic five player profile won't load

I recently created my own fantastic five but one of my teammates profile picture won't load. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I figured I'd just wait it out. Since you're not the only one I think it's just glitching. They will fix it. Some of mine are doing that too.

@Janice_Staels never heared of this before but check game is up to date sign out and restart device then sign back in. see if problem still persists. If playing via facebook also clear browser cache. Would say if other members are loading it may be a problem on the other team members side

I just created the team yesterday and it never loaded then. I've checked on my phone and laptop and it's the same

Is it just the picture not loading? I'm running into that with some player profiles that I see to send lives to. The picture just spins. Everything else works normally. Is your player's score showing?
