Both on the web and on the device, the profile does not load. Why?

The profile pic can at times disappear because of connections issues to Facebook. It usually reappears itself after some time.
Meanwhile you can try with disconnecting Facebook from the game, delete the Facebook app and clear all data and browser history in Google Chrome. Then reconnect to Facebook and see if the pic comes up again. If not, it should be back after a while by itself.

Hi,
this issue is happening in different devices: in my laptop (where I'm using the web app) and in my android device.
For both devices this issue appeared about 2 days ago (+/-). I already cleared cache and browse history. But the problem persists.

In some screens the loading doesn't disappears, but the connection to facebook seems to exists.
