Why can't I get pass level 223 for the psst three days

I have the EXACT same problem. Level is impossible and doesn’t match the version that everyone else is beating on YouTube. My wife is way past this level. I had her go back and look at the level and it’s the timed one....not the one that requires 81 jellies. I have emailed support because I think it’s a glitch. I’ll come back here if I get a solution
also I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck.

Mine is the same I have to clear 81 jelly in 27 moves. I have used over 30 life’s . My husband was behind me and his was the timed one. This has me so pissed at the game. I spent money and bought candy bonuses like the chocolate balls and used my gold bars for extra moves and still can’t get the 3 jelly in both top corners so I end with 6 jelly left . I think it’s time to walk away. If I can’t figure this round out I will walk awa and never play again. If by chance someone figures this out please let me know thanks 🙏

Im also in level 223 and i have the same problem, the videos dont sow the same challenge as i have, i have to crush 81 jellis and its imposible to master it. I have spent at least 50 lives on it already, even tried with extra moves, nothing works. Please correct the mistake or whatever it is.

Level 223 is no longer timed as timed levels have been removed from the game. Should be 32 moves to score 148040 points. If this is not your level would suggest checking for updates ,logging out and restarting your device. I play multi device and all mine are showing this format
