Even though I play Candy Crush Saga every day, I can't get past day 1 on the Treat Calendar. What do I need to do to get past day 1? Can someone help?

😓My Treat Calendar always starts on day 1. It is stuck there and I play every day.

My treat calendar used to work just fine, but I realized today that it isn't moving past Day 1 and hasn't for a while. Android 10 on a Pixel 2.

The counter at the bottom says my next reward is in 441961 hours?! What gives?

Check Date & time>Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

Nice! My date and time settings were all set to "automatic" and the date/time was correct. But, after following your steps I seem to be back in action. I got my Day 1 treat and the countdown timer is 13h and counting.

Well, it was good. I got the 2nd day treat today, but the counter now says 4442105 hours until the next one. So, I suspect it would go back to Day 1 tomorrow and that'd be it. I haven't changed any settings or anything on my phone relating to date and time.

I repeated the procedure to log out, restart my phone, log back in and now it says it will reset in 5 hours. What can I do to avoid doing this daily?
