Holy Heck, I cannot even post a new topic? I cannot access my game. It has been almost two weeks now, and all I get is the orange screen then it crashes. And I am struggling to post to find help....
Forgive me for posting here but I cannot seem to find anyplace where I can successfully post to ask if I am alone or if there are others. Before I was unable to access even to this point I saw a post about an orange screen and then a crash somewhere on here but I was logged in from another device and I couldn't yell, "ME TOO"!
And I'm getting close to the 6000 level and am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo upset!

Oh 😩 no worries, you are free to post anywhere in this community to err your views and concerns , so sorry for going through such tough time with your game , actually you can post on discussion by clicking on the discussion icon on the 2 left at the top of your community page . But did you try to delete the app (candy crush) and reinstall ? Did you also turn off your phone and reboot, the problem might be resolved in these 2 ways ... kindly try and if nothing happens, say it here again . Best of luck 🥂🍬
@Fr_Cayman , @janel Sincerely I feel sad 😞 for such frustration not to be able to access and play one of your can’t fav games ... I really hope it gets resolved with the tip I gave him . If the candy acc is connected to Facebook , it can be retrieved to continue the level after deleting the app and reinstalling it .
