I’m getting so bored with the game now. I’ve waited over two months since having first asked for help with connecting. There is plenty of space on my iPad. No issue with wifi. The replies that I had suggested it was a known fault but nothing has changed since being told that. I’m on level 3942 so I really don’t want to reload and start from scratch! I’ve already had to do that with another game and it’s so frustrating! Any idea if there is a resolution to this?

I've had the same problem myself and I believe it's not the game's problem. This is probably the Facebook problem.😌
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.😥

I have reloaded the game and as mentioned, I lost all my boosters. It has also taken me back 21 levels. I was on 3948, now 3921. But I guess at least the internet connection is back. I don’t log on through FB so I don’t know what the issue was?
@daisy_j glad you have got your game back up and running, If you need to get your levels back @Crazy Cat Lad may be able to help you with this. unless you are happy with continuing from were you are
