Got a reply yesterday thank you team but couldn’t work out how to action the fix

@Jettydog can you explain a little more do you mean it tries automatically to contact store or it keeps spinning when you try to contact store. What reply did you get.

@Jettydog First try checking for updates, log out and restart your device. then log back in see if problem persists. I will tag @Sukanta_Biswas has he may have more info on this than me
