You got 3 different targets there.
- Collect the Frostings
- Collect the Magic Mixer
- Collect the Sugar Coats
In the game board, frosting and Magic Mixer targets are present. To collect sugar coats you need to keep the magic mixer alive until you meet the sugar coat's target because you will get sugar coat's from the magic mixer.
The level has been changed recently so you are getting inconsistencies with the previous video.

Hello @lalacrow and welcome to our wonderful King Community. If your board looks like the second video and you have all the new redesigned blockers like the icing and the spinners - you should be able to do it. You need to collect a 25 jelly - which the pink spawners (I think they used to be the clocks) will provide. They show you when they get full and once they do they will cover several candies in the jelly coating you need to collect. You also need to collect the spawners themselves, but you obviously need to make sure you have enough jellied candies before you destroy them all.

I finally did what you suggested and saw that the sugar coats are generated by the whatever you call those things. But in order to finally win, I had to use about 10 hammers (now I have 2 left) and the only party popper I had. I am at the point where I just don't have boosters to use. Sadly, King has made this game so difficult without boosters that I may be at the end of my time here. Thank you all for the help.

@lalacrow - I understand that it can be very difficult and you can end up using quite a few boosters. They are updating the game including the board layout and graphics to try and make it more interesting, fun and challenging. You can get boosters through the pop-up boxes (new look - instead of a chest it looked like a Jack in the box) and also with the special events - like Rainbow Rapids if you were one of the players to get it. Also - the Build a Bot (hopefully you have that feature) now includes 3 extra moves and two stripe wraps when it is complete and this should help you also. You obviously are an excellent player since you have gotten this far, so hopefully with some of the new events and opportunities you will be able to continue to progress and have fun with the game.
