You're lucky if you need 20 attempts and 10 hours to pass a level @Gary_Turner! I spend days to pass one! I used to pass all the new episodes for s day or two and after that collect boosters while waiting for the new levels to come out. All these days are gone, unfortunately! Now the game is boring, laborious, frustrating and discouraging! Waste of time! I play Cookie Jam instead! Similar, but mire rewarding!

Nope, the changes serve to decrease player participation and are not helping them whatsoever...

At least now you are acknowledging that everything is done to decrease the participation of the players and not for them to enjoy the game. What a LAST, because it was fun to spend the afternoons playing CCS, now it is more than clear what their interests are.

And with the same respect as always, we will continue protesting to try to improve all this, because we (the players) are the ones who have left many hours of our time and money here, so that from one day to the next it will go to waste.

Oh, maybe cut him some slack there.

That's a paid position they're in (CM), the company write the cheques for 'em; so don't expect 'em to publicly denounce any company business (secret personas notwithstanding), you wouldn't (unless you were planning on hitting the bricks soon after).

They've gotta put a positive spin on everything round here, so the uninitiated would take the bait (& contribute to the gaming industrial complex).

So, better to stay informed; take anything they write with a grain of salt...
