New levels

Now I'm more upset than yesterday. I updated windows10 and did not get the levels and now I find out that the players that got the new levels yesterday got over 200 levels.I compete with some of these players and what King has done is just not fair.Can someone give me Kings e-mail address so I can let them know how upset I am.

@Janice_Staels you can contact support services from your game or use the contact us at bottom of page you need your game ID for this. Levels for me showing 45 new today, so the usual although do know some people did get them , may be just a test group of randomly picked people maybe was a temporary problem.

I am hearing now that it was a glitch and all those levels were not supposed to be released. Some players have gotten 240 levels this week.So what happens now? Do they have to wait 5 weeks before they get more. Just looking for some answers.

Still don't have any answers as to what's going on with all of the new levels that have been released for some players.Getting very frustrated. It would be nice if King would let the rest of us know what is going on.
