There is nothing you can do. Events come and go. It's random how you get it. You can only do one. Always look for an update and update it and regularly clear the cache. Then you are on the safe side. Just a well-intentioned tip from me.

Hi, yeah agree is a bummer when something we depended on is not available to help us level up. However, if you are stuck at a level and have difficulty to progress, pls check out tips from YouTuber such as Johnny Crush (all levels played without booster) or Suzy Fuller (talk through tutorials for certain level only). Hope this info is helpful to you.
In the meantime, enjoy your game with features that are made available to you and stay tune for introduction of new feature. You may be lucky to get it if you're chosen as the random test group.

@kerynb Free spin is a test feature so is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features are groups of randomly picked people.So just means you may not be in that group at present. Sometimes it can also be missing due to temporary problems.
To make sure you are getting all features available to you. check for updates, log out and restart you device then log back in.

@Freddy_Falkner it's a glitch in the game. It's been around for years, so it was not a temporary event. There was an update. I had to reinstall my CCS and lost all my boosters and now I cannot get my daily spin. I need to pay for it! I've spent enough money on this game. I'm not reinstalling again to lose boosters. I don't lose my progress, just my boosters. That needs to be fixed as well
