I'm really sorry that didn't work for you. Writing to Support is about all you can do. Give them a day or two and write to them again. I've had pretty good luck getting responses, but there are some big issues at the moment so... They could be getting blown up with email.
I wish I had more to offer. I hesitate to tell anyone to uninstall and reinstall their app because the data on the device will be lost. Boosters, lives from friends... I did it for my Mom, though, after she blew through all of her boosters.
Things have disappeared and returned to my game before, but that's not helpful to hear, I know. I hope you get it sorted out with help from Support and that it doesn't come down to a full reinstall. 😞

Dear it was old post u r responding.
If u r also having same issue. Plz. Logout ur game, update game application, clear cache but becareful about game data, and log back in. I hope it is temporary problem and it will go back to u.
