Very sorry to inform you that if it was not available to you from begining there is no option to turn it on. Ads feature is a bonus feature and test feature awarded to some players not available to everyone.
But you should be hopeful that you can be included among those players any time.

@Ubirajara Hi and welcome. Video ads is a test feature so it is not in everybody's game as nobody gets every feature available. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. So this just means that your not in the test group at present , but you could be in the future.

because the possibility of interacting with our friends in the game is not included, such as sharing lives, talking via chat or boosting, you could also expand these options with groups created that have a minimum of five participants, which is a minimum of five participants per group ???
