I'm not sure how this happen. Could be due to some glitch in the game server? Maybe the CM will have some answers for you. Sorry it happened to you.
Have you lost all boosters? As mentioned in the post by the CM, boosters and messages will get reset as well. If you had any purchased Boosters stored, then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get them replaced.

I am on 2818, and have a gripe about the new graphics. This level streaks and actually HURTS my old eyes. The older graphics worked without pain.
Your designers need to take into account that ppl of all ages play this wonderful game. Please pass this along to the powers that be! Put it back the way it was!

I think this in the wrong place. Plz correct
If your game live refill timer is in the thousands, it means your phone date was reset. If this was or is the case, quit the game, clear it from your phone background running app as well and reset your phone to the previous date you remember last, and then open the game where you will see either 3 or 4 lives remaining. Quit and clear the game from the background app and set the phone date one day ahead, then open the game again but don't play. Just see that your lives are refilled or full, then quit the game and clear it from the background lastly, and set your phone date back to auto, and that weird timer should reset to normal.
