@gms9855 Hi and welcome again. The free spin is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in the test group at present, but you could be in the future.
I do still have this feature on one of my devices so it has not been removed from game
To check you are getting the features available to you. Check for game update, log out and restart your device, then log back in. This will make sure you game is as up to date as possible.

I'm never sure if I want to update or not - the last time I updated is when my free spin wheel was removed. Today my Daily Win is gone - do I update to try to get it back or do I risk losing something else?
This "test group" excuse is something pretty recent since all it seems to do is justify removing features that have been part of the game forever.

Some features have been removed from the game
and some changes have been made to improve the game...Disregard that script, as it's complete & utter rubbish.
But they (King) are basically getting petty & stingy nowadays, you can read about the issue here (among other smaller threads).
Now you've gotta try winning your current level in the allotted # of moves if you'd rather not deal with any of that...

If you're not at the top of the map, you can probably delay the update until you get there; what's in the latest version isn't a big deal, anyway...

Hi @gms9855 . We welcome you to our adorable king community.
You are right i also lost this feature from me. But like all other bonus features win free moves is also not the permanent part of the game. Bonus features / events come and go but our game must not be totally dependant on the boosters. Like every other game difficulty level increases with each passing episode and we have to raise our game.
Having said all of that it may be out due to some temporary issues and i am hopeful that it might come back any time soon.

The extra moves wheel is a test feature and is not guaranteed to be in your game all the time. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. This just means you may no longer be in the test group, but you could be again the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem.
U can use dis video... without booster..hope dis will help u.
