Issues with game on Facebook and XP and at King.com

I am up to level 2398 and have some questions ... 1): Can not get the Facebook game to load on a Windows XP Pro SP3 computer using either Firefox or Opera web browser ... It does work on a Windows 10 computer with the same web browsers. ... 2): If I go to play the game on King.com it says you have reached the end and need to play on say a mobil device ... Not sure why we can't get to the same levels on King.com as we can on Facebook or using the Windows 10 Candy Crush Saga App ... Perhaps your coders can make this work for us, as not everyone has the latest computers or web browsers to use. I think part of the issue has to do with HTML5 and Windows XP may not fully support that .... Thank you

@Bruce_Bubello Hi and welcome, king.com site is now a little out dated and is not getting updated at present. You may find that win xp browsers are not supporting flash player. So you will need this to be enabled for the games to load or maybe that as windows xp is no longer supported by windows and there are no updates that this is what is causing it not to load.

I also had the same problem with the game on the computer until I downloaded a flash for the games and it did not help. It seems that the game needs a lot of updates regarding Windows 10 and other modern technologies. I think that the problem is in the servers of the game that must evolve. I play now on mobile and there is no problem. But as far as the computer I cannot play

Windows XP from 2001 and Windows Vista from 2007 that are almost 20 years old systems can no longer run the games on any browser.
Windows 7 may still work, but not guaranteed since Microsoft stopped supporting this as well in January.
To make sure the game works, you will need to play on Windows 10 PC that still is supported and updated by Microsoft.
