Lost Boosters

Hi, after having issues with the game loading on my kindle, the game is now working ok and I'm back on the correct level but I have lost all my boosters. Is there anyway of retrieving them? Many thanks.

@Sarahlou42 unfortunately your boosters are stored on the device itself. So they cannot be restored. A few people have reported this since the fix. Apologies

I lost all my boosters yet I still have my lives and gold coins. why is that?

@crs376 Hi and welcome, boosters and lives are stored on the mobile device itself. so if your game has crashed, you change phone, reset your phone or reinstall . All boosters and lives are lost only your level and gold bars are saved
