Hi I've purchased gold season pass yet after I had to reinstall the app I still have access to the 8 lives but nothing else in the pass? I've attached screenshot that shows my lives are currently above the normal 5 and the other screenshot shows the pass as locked? Please advise

Why are so many levels now deliberately impossible?
Why are you making levels that are impossible to pass? The game used to be fun. Now it is just a grind. Levels rarely used to last days now it’s normal for a level to take several days to pass.
