I'm on level 18253 and it won't move up to complete the level, the bear is sitting in the bubble waiting to go up to the next area of the level - I've only gotten 4 out of 9 bears over the candy line - WTF

I am so turned off with the way the all stars is set up that I am considering to stop playing the game. Im all about fairness and the fact that im on level 16093 shows my loyalty to the game. Bought credit -> error app =lost money
Just bought some credit so i'll be able to finish a level. In the middle of level progress and my purchase, the app hit an error and I lost my progress of the played level and the amount of gold for the purchase (×39). Very disapointed. Anything I can do?
