Cannot access the game at all! I have returned from overseas and got a problem.
The game will not open. I was above level 1000 with 246 bonus points. I get to the open page, my friends are there, but the page just stays blank. Tried password change, but no effect.

A question I have already asked, but the answer was not relevant to the question
When I play if I have 5 lives - they reduce 5 3 1 0 (so I only get three games), or it does 5 4 2 0 (same!). If I have 4 lives it does 4 2 0 so I only get two games, if three lives I get 3 1 0 only 2 games, if two lives it goes 2 0, so I only get one game. So what is causing this and how will it get sorted.

Why are my lives vanishing?
When I play Candy Crush Saga and have 5 lives saved up, I am finding that my lives deplete two at a time! From 5 to 3 to 1, so I only get three games and not 5. This has started happening recently. So what is happening?
