Can't access my old profile
I'm using a new Huawei phone and I downloaded Candy Crush Saga but when I try to access my profile it loads forever then I get a msg saying "something went wrong try again later" it's been happening for days now... What could be the problem and how can I resolve it??

I haven't been able connect to play store for a while now and I can't use the gold bars that I already have, I've reinstalled the app many times but the problem doesn't get solved... Is it time for me to delete Candy crush and move on?????
