Can't access my old profile

I'm using a new Huawei phone and I downloaded Candy Crush Saga but when I try to access my profile it loads forever then I get a msg saying "something went wrong try again later" it's been happening for days now... What could be the problem and how can I resolve it??

Hello @ayandaphungs new Huawei devices do not have built-in Google services due to the US trade ban, so this might have something to do with your issue.
The only way around this is to use a VPN, or Googlefier.
