Why are there not enough moves to win level 14689?
I have played level 14689 countless times but the moves are insufficient and there are never enough blue balls on the board. I do not want to use any goldbars. Why are some levels designed to be impossible to win without getting extra moves.

Reduced Gold Bars
Hello, I just noticed my goldbars reduced from over 100 as at to 18 this evening and I have not played any game or used the bars. Is this a technical glitch please?

Level 14050
There are insufficient moves to play level 14050 which is an order level - it's near impossible to get the chocolates required. Are there any tips or can the level be readjusted?
