They just want you to spend money. That's what this is about. Go back to easier levels to get your boosts. No need to spend money.

My gold bars are always disappearing, too!

Didn't say it was the games fault. I play on a mac computer and the area around where you click is wider that the arrow. If you are off by a small margin it clicks the wrong one. It happens in the game a lot as well. I do play on my tablet and have less errors occur. It may be more helpful if they were side by side.

When you sign on just click the X and they are saved in the top right hand corner, there is a little icon you have to click on. You have to use them for that game, though. If you sign out and back in they disappear.
