Alot of players are having the samr problwm

Their server has been down for months and no one has address it. Re-install the game and lose a couple of YEARS of progress? Easier to just shut down the entire thing!

Internet Problem ... is that a standard customer service answer? I think MOST user would know if the internet was a problem! 😋

It's a server problem. I don't think anyone is looking into it, because alot of others are having the same problem

I even reset my password just in case, but getting the following when I try to log in: "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit" All the other WiFi applications work without any isisue. Just can't connect to the Candy Crush server?

Having the same problem when trying to log into my account, it's telling me that my account doesn't exist anymore. Without being able to log into my account, I can't open my profile to see my ID for any supported help. See in the screen shot, my profile isn't connected and all my gold bars got reduced to 5 only?

I'm having all of the above issues regarding the connection to the server every time I play. My profile doesn't load and I get an error msg whenever I try to login from the game.
