Hello,
My dad has been playing candy crush for quite a while. He has reached +1300 levels. Today after setting up his account via email through the candy crush app, so that his progress could be saved, he got logged out from the game. Now when trying to log back into either devices the game does not recognize the email. Is there anything possible to fix this?? It would be a real shame for him to lose all his work.
Note: He was registered on his old device before he got logged off.
Check your internet connection on your device. Make sure if your internet connection is active and not low signal.
The device had maximum strength for wifi connection

Having the same problem when trying to log into my account, it's telling me that my account doesn't exist anymore. Without being able to log into my account, I can't open my profile to see my ID for any supported help. See in the screen shot, my profile isn't connected and all my gold bars got reduced to 5 only?
You check again that you did not make any typing mistakes.
You will find such message if your email typing is wrong.
I even reset my password just in case, but getting the following when I try to log in: "There was a connection error. Try again in a bit"
All the other WiFi applications work without any isisue. Just can't connect to the Candy Crush server?
The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.
By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.
