yes, it says it is finding a new team and the back to 0. none of my games are working correctly. I play on fb so Im not sure what the problem is. I have had it for a while now but in the past month my games are not loading and my fantastic five keeps resetting. but before everything went haywire it worked great and I made it all the way to the end 2 times.

same here, but if my game loads it goes very slow and when I win a level (4 now) my screen freezes and I dont even get my sugar drops added. or level prizes. not heard anything back about the problem in 3 weeks.

i did everything suggested also using chrome on pc. 

yes, i did all these steps prior to my first email and did them all again today @ 715pm est. these steps did not work. I am still having the same issues as stated above on the 3 games I play regularly.

I followed the instructions in the email and the following is what worked for me to get the sound back on my game in chrome- chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy On the highlighted option choose no user gesture is required and restart your browser.
