There are two ways of looking at this change. 1) Get upset because it makes the game less fun to play. 2) Be happy because it provides an excuse to stop playing. :-)

I agree as well. Last year they took away Space Dash, recently they removed the ability to shuffle the board, a few days ago they capped sugar candies at 5 candies per level, they really sucked the fun right out of the game.

Using the portrait version of the map when desktop screens are in a landscape orientation results in a lot of wasted space on the side of the map, much smaller numbers for the episodes, and an overall disorienting zoomed-out feel as if you're looking at a pinball machine. OK, this seems to be browser related. In Firefox, the map layout shifted (yesterday) to portrait mode but in Chrome the map layout is in landcape mode (as it should be). Maybe an error/misconfiguration in the responsive layout?

I do not know the answer to that question. Perhaps because I am using Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit? I myself am on level 3678, I just used a screenshot I found that was similar to what my World Map Navigator looked like up until today. Perhaps the map is compressed because Facebook insists on adding that annoying Gameroom…

Same thing going on for me as well. All my friends on Candy Crush also disappeared roughly around the same time as this glitch.

If you're using an iPad 2, the latest version (1.87) will not be playable no matter how you manage the RAM on your device.
