I was right there with you.... stuck with just the King logo nothing on the forums worked... just as it had broken, it fixed itself one day today, before I began playing, at the top of the King screen it said an update was available and to reload the page... after reloading, nothing but the King logo again.

Sugar Drops... seemed like the timing fit my schedule so I could collect boosters 3 times a day the feature/glitch I liked best was the ability to back out of a game before making a move without losing a life and the winning streak... in hopes reentry will give you a better/easier layout.

if you play thru the app.... your boosters and 'weapons' are saved on the device and will be lost if the device is replaced, goes on the blink or data is erased.... only the level and Gold Bars are saved by King. after losing hard won items twice and having to start from scratch, I now only play via the King.com website...…

I was out of commission a while back for 2 weeks with just the logo, then miraculously it worked fine until today. Before beginning play today, at the top of the screen it said there was an update and to to click here to reload the page.... ever since reloading... just the King logo again.

on your controller... hit up - up - left - right - down - left - up and you'll return to the original game.

I've found that every level can be beat if you get lucky with an easy gameboard.... though it only comes around every 100 plays or so.... sometimes you get the easy board your first try and win with half your turns left... and you never realize that 99% of other players are struggling with that same level. Glad I somehow passed it last Wednesday... can't remember how difficult it was. since seeing this thread, I've tried several times, but never come close to winning. maybe just luck... I've found that eventually an easy layout will show up... it may be on your 100th attempt, or your first.

Why I prefer to play on the King website... the boosters stay with the email login.... unlike the App... which loses all boosters when switching to a new device... I learned that the hard way, twice!

addendum... I didn't lose anything from clearing caches and cookies...I am where I was when I got locked out.

maybe good news for you Deryck.... after 8 long days... my Win7 Laptop loaded the www.king.com games! I am back in business since my Win10 Desktop also loaded games once again earlier today. the solution... repeated attempts of logging in... clearing cookies and cache along the way each time... why it finally loaded…

I could no longer play on the www.king.com/game/ site as of 09/13...despite multiple attempts on a PC and a laptop, clearing caches and cookies, and 4 different browsers. that's just it.... much of this game is luck and timing.... many people probably got lucky and had the 'easy' board on their first attempt and never knew your frustration since it took you until the 100th board, they probably thought level 4773 is a simple level that they should be made harder.

seems mighty convenient that all of us that have played on the www.king.com web site for years all of a sudden have the same issue with our different browsers. the common denominator here is the King servers.

what they don't tell you is just the levels and gold bars are saved on the King servers.... but somehow, they aren't able to save your goodies you've spent countless hours winning and collecting... so you start from scratch with those... hammers, hands, bombs, etc. they either need new programmers, or they want you to…
