This has always been the case with King, new levels are first created for PC platform and once they are completed they are released whilst they work on the levels for the other platforms (which by the way requires an enormous amount of work and time!) I had a similar problem a while back and I found that I was able to send and receive help on my mobile. Do you have a mobile device that you can use to request for help on in the meantime until the problem is resolved? I am sure it will be fixed soon :)

King sometimes do challenges or promotions from time to time. As far as I know this one is no longer available, I don't have it on my mobile anymore. Keep your eyes open though as I am sure they will do another one in the future. Let me know if you see anything! :)

I know that the levels can be slightly different across different platforms, but I think some may be slightly easier on FB and others on mobile devices. I have never really noticed them all in favour of FB.

I really suggest syncing your account with FB. You can help friends out and they can help you too, but more importantly your progress will be saved and you can even play on more than one device.
