I think the later levels are on Facebook only. You might have to wait a little while for the new levels on iOS. Make sure you always have the latest version of the app installed on your iPad and the levels should automatically update then. I hope this helps :)

I had a similar problem a few months ago and the issue was only on the PC, when I tested it with my mobile it worked. I am not having any problems anymore. I am sure it is just a temporary problem but in the meantime are you able to try it out on a mobile or tablet instead?

The game data is linked with your Facebook account. So the best way around this is to start again but with a different Facebook account. Or re-install the game and play without being connected to Facebook at all. I hope this helps :)
