Same thing has just happened to me

LEVEL 9576 STILL NOT FIXED

why is level 8404 rigged. the reason i ask is that 2 weeks ago the moves were 32, last week it was 25 and now its 20. how in gods name are you supposed to pass this level with the amount of moves as its hard to pass as it is. i really think your having a laugh

I quite agree with you regarding the amount of moves per level. The lass couple of levels after 8106 have been between 40 and 30 moves when they first come out and we end up with 20 moves and as you say it’s just a money spinner now. The fun has gone out of the game

I reported this problem last week, sent screen shots and video evidence but still not cured

I've just reached level 6301 on candy crush saga and it won't let me go any further.When I press the play button all I get is "oops "and then cut off
