Yep, same thing just happened to me. My reward was 25 gold bars as I only had to collect 4000 blue candies. I've got screenshots showing my gold bars total before and after claiming the reward, logged out of the game and restarted my PC. Nothing!!!!

I am not aware of an event where we will receive Gold Bars while collecting Blue candies 🤔
Do you have screenshot of the event after you finished it? If so, can you show that to me please?

Hello, unfortunately no screenshot as once I clicked on claim 40 gold bars everything disappeared and did not receive any bars. However, at the same time apparently I did receive a three year badge. Sorry I can’t give you any more information but there were definitely gold bars available. Thanks in advance for your help.
