This thread you’ve linked has no new information. We keep asking for updates, we are leaving reviews on the game, asking here etc. How do we get an actual answer?

Sadly, this was actually first reported 5/31 so they’ve had 19 days and more and more people are having problems. They can create new levels every week but they can’t figure out how allow PiP again? Hmm. Seems like it’s more like they’re not going to fix it.

I’ve had the same problem. Suddenly on 6/14 my PiP stopped. Every time I try to play CC while watching/listening to another CC stops the app. I have turned my phone off so many times, everything is up to date etc. I don’t just silently play CC, I need my music while I play to relax before I go to be. I haven’t played CC…

For 2+ days I get Firestone Direct for almost every type of extra move, booster and bonus ad. It doesn’t flip back to the game, you can’t exit the ad without closing the app and logging back in. As the day goes It’s been the only ad I’m getting. Very frustrating

I keep getting FireStone Direct ad, it’s the only ad I get. The ad plays for about 15 seconds and then won’t close. I’m forced to close the app which means I don’t get the booster for watching the ad. It’s been happening for days, probably 100 boosters not awarded for watching this ad at this point. Candy Crush is being sold to Microsoft. It’s my opinion that they allowed us to bring fb friends and make friends through the game to get a bigger following as they’re about to sell. Now they are just trying get money any way they can. In the last couple years ads have been included and are now a part of every single step…

Before the restriction my races were healthy competition. Everyone had in the top 3 had 100 or more wins and we would be battling to the last second. Now, if anyone plays we have less than 20 wins. Right now 16, 13, and 7 wins have the top 3 with 0 for the rest. No fun at all
