Candies with bows go from green to blue then purple and then pinata pops up. Have to be used on the same level. That is all I know as I don't get this candy bows at all.

Took me one week, 120 tries and countless boosters and I finally kicked this level. Go to Space Dash and get to the top of bar so you have 2 sprinkler balls, 2 sets of wraps/balls and 3 extra moves. It is not the number of moves that is the problem. The Chocolate spawner is like tofu and one touch and poof it is gone. No spawner = no more making chocolate.
