yes i get help from the Support and the Problem was, i had have 2 Login Mails. The Synchronisation didnt work. I deleted 1 Mail login. Now everything is ok.
I don't know how many times I've asked for help on all channels, but nothing happens! Still profile picture gone, friends gone, no Facebook login possible. I just passed level 15000, but still didn't receive a banner or reward. I find it really sad that you don't get help.

Ja auf Facebook nicht auf dem iPadOS ich hauptsächlich spiele. Dort bin ich auch auf meinem Level. Auf dem iPhone aber bei Level 1 mit den gleichen anmelde Daten. Seltsamerweise ist das profilbild und mein Nickname nach der Anmeldung auf dem iPhone vorhanden aber nicht mein spielstand wie auf dem iPad.
