Hello @NiFu You have done the right thing here starting your own new post on this. It is more likely to catch the eye of the moderators than adding a comment to an existing post, which is probably why your other posts did not get answered.
I can see your problem, though unfortunately I myself can't help as I don't understand how the game works on Facebook. Let me try to tag @QueenB and @PummyRaj for you on this one. They won't be back until after the weekend though.
With your emails to Support, did you try to always reply to the emails you got? It is best to reply to each email stating that the answer was not helpful, rather than creating a new enquiry.

I don't know how many times I've asked for help on all channels, but nothing happens! Still profile picture gone, friends gone, no Facebook login possible. I just passed level 15000, but still didn't receive a banner or reward. I find it really sad that you don't get help.
