Hi Nicole if you apps aren't syncing your progress there are a few things you can try. First I would turn my phone off and let it stay that way for a least a minute. Check to make sure your app is up to date. Should have 270 levels on all platforms now.

Sometimes when I have problems with apps on my phone it is a result of not turning it off for a long while. Try to turn your phone off and leave it off for at least a minute then start it back up. When it comes back on make sure you check that you have the latest version installed from the app store. Hope that helps.
