Hi Mia, I did not lose my progress. When I opened the game on my new phone I was st the proper level. I lost my gold bars from my piggy bank in app purchases. I had approximately 106 when I upgraded phone. When I opened game in new phone I had zero. I have 4 now that have accumulated through progress bonuses, etc.
